Our Mission

We obsess over solving meaningful problems for our customers. We won't claim to be changing the world, but if we've changed how you find opportunity, we've done our job.

1.People First. Purpose Always.

We build our team like our products, purposefully, always starting with the why. We reject wasteful proliferation and focus on creating meaning in everything that we do. We believe diverse teams build better companies. When people from different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives collaborate in an environment of true belonging, empathy becomes natural, and innovation becomes inevitable.

2.Your Problem, Our Obsession

You are the reason we exist. Whether you're using our products directly or building with our API, every decision we make starts with one question: does this make the customer's life better? If we can't answer yes, we don't ship it.

3.Pragmatism Over Hype

We build at the frontier, and we respect you enough to be honest about it. If the technology has tradeoffs, we'll explain them clearly. If a feature isn't ready, we won't dress it up and hope you don't notice.

ConvoRecs is not the wild west. We apply guardrails where they matter and tell you what to expect, because trust is earned through transparency, not marketing.

This means we will:

  • Tell you when something is experimental
  • Explain the tradeoffs we made and why
  • Never oversell what our products can do today

We play to win, not with noise but with results. Whether it's a niche corner of the market or a global stage, we measure ourselves by outcomes delivered, not promises made. Every feature, every agent, every interaction is built to deliver on something that matters to you.

This means we will:

  • Kill features that don't deliver
  • Double down on what works
  • Never confuse activity with progress

5.Global by Default

AI is global, and so are our customers. They come from every background, industry, and corner of the planet. We design with that reality from day one, not as an afterthought. This is how we build products that work for real people in the real world.

This means we will:

  • Seek perspectives different from our own
  • Test our assumptions across diverse use cases
  • Build products that respect the full range of people who use them

6.Never Finished

We are never done. The technology moves fast, our customers' needs evolve, and the moment we stop learning is the moment we start falling behind. We stay curious, we ship, we listen, and we iterate. Growth isn't a phase. It's the operating system.

This means we will:

  • Treat every launch as a starting point
  • Seek feedback (especially the uncomfortable kind)
  • Invest in getting better every day
